Account Manager

Location: Moscow
Experience: 2–3+ years in account management or customer success
Format: Hybrid
Compensation: Pegged to USD or EUR, depending on your preference and location

What you’ll be doing:

  • Onboard new clients: coordination, integration, and launch
  • Grow existing accounts: regular calls, performance analysis, identifying growth opportunities
  • Monitor key metrics: performance, profitability, optimization potential
  • Recommend solutions: rates, campaigns, product strategy, market insights
  • Handle client issues promptly and build long-term trust
  • Keep accurate reports and manage related documentation



What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager
  • Fluent or near-fluent English (other languages are a plus)
  • Understanding of how iGaming works (KPIs, rates, bonuses, etc.)
  • Experience with operators, aggregators, or gaming platforms
  • Ability to listen, understand, and create win-win solutions
  • Skills in metric analysis and growth strategy development

Game Mathematician

Location: Worldwide (remote)
Experience: Not required, but strong math skills are a must
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Pegged to USD or EUR, depending on your preference and location
Contract type: Flexible (your choice)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Configure outcome probabilities in games
  • Verify that actual results match the mathematical model
  • Calculate expected value and variance — both analytically and via samples
  • Adjust coefficients to meet required game parameters
  • Run randomness tests and hypothesis checks
  • Document your findings and calculations clearly


What you should know:

  • Python (Pandas, NumPy): generate samples, calculate expected values and variance
  • Probability theory, including:

    • Discrete and continuous distributions

    • Riemann and Lebesgue integrals

    • Working with distribution functions and densities
  • Hypothesis testing and model validation
  • Experience with MATLAB or similar tools
  • Ideally: formula formatting in LaTeX
  • Bonus: knowledge of Node.js
  • Big plus: experience in iGaming or GameDev

Lead Generation Manager

Location: Worldwide (remote)
Experience: Not required, but a background in lead gen / sales / partnership research is a plus
Schedule: 5/2, flexible hours
Compensation: Base + KPI bonus, discussed individually
Contract type: Flexible (freelance, contractor, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify partners already hosting our games (operators, aggregators, platforms, affiliates)
  • Find decision-makers (e.g. Casino Manager, Game Provider Manager)
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, Telegram, or email
  • Schedule intro calls for AMs or team leads
  • Manage leads through early stages: CRM entry, qualification, handover
  • Work with the AM team lead and track funnel performance


Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation, outbound, or partnership research (iGaming is a plus)
  • B2B communication skills via LinkedIn, Telegram, email
  • Basic understanding of iGaming: operators, platforms, aggregators
  • Confident English (written and spoken)
  • CRM and spreadsheet proficiency (Excel / Google Sheets / Notion)
  • Structured, independent, proactive mindset
